Killing in Juba-Yei and Juba- Bor roads is an act of terrorism, not genocide against Dinka people.

aliFew days ago, I wrote on my Facebook wall that there is slow genocide going on in South Sudan against Dinka community since it is only community being target along South Sudan roads with mass murdering.  However facts remain that, with South Sudanese on rebellions side perceived Juba government as predominated Dinka government. In reflection to this perception, the motive behind Juba-roads mass killing is to portray that government of South Sudan is not capable to protect its citizens to the local population, regional powers and entire International community.  I think the motive is not to destroy Dinka existence in the Republic of South Sudan but to dismantle government governing apparatus or prove it to the world that Juba government is weak to provide security to its citizens, thus lost legitimacy to govern.
In my international law perception/knowledge, genocide is used to describe violence against members of a national, ethnically, racial or religious group with the intent to destroy the entire group in which is no any ethnic group can wish to destroy Dinka Nation in the Republic of South Sudan whatever the case. The use of violent  along South Sudan roads should be concluded as an act of terrorism with the aim to frustrates International community particularly Western Countries to invade the country through United Nation. I believe the strategy of Juba-roads terrorists is to commit acts of violence that draws the attention of the local populace, the government, and the world to their cause.
In general perspective of an act of terrorism, terrorists plan their attack to obtain the greatest publicity, choosing targets that symbolize what they oppose, in which selective killing of Dinka people along Juba-roads is to project that they have capability to bring war to the capital city Juba.  In fact an act of terrorism is not new phenomena  in this contemporary world since any group that resort to terrorism believe,  they are legitimate combatants, fighting for what they believe in, by whatever means possible to attain their goals. I am aware that terrorists of any types conduct attacks on representative individuals whom they associate with economic exploitation, social injustice, or political repression in which most ethnic groups in the Republic of South Sudan claims marginalisation by Dinka people.
In short the following are prime objectives of Juba-roads mass killing of (Dinka) innocent civilians; is to produce widespread fear. This is to send signal to local population and government in Juba that, they are capable to liberate Juba by force if they are not recognised in any possible power sharing in the government of national unity formed this year July before second outbreak war between SPLM/A in opposition of former First Vice President Dr Riek and Government of South Sudan lead by his Excellence President Kiir Mayardit. With due recognition Juba-roads mass killing of Dinka people is to give fear to negatively perceived Dinka lead government in Juba.
Moreover, the brutal killing of Dinka people by Juba- roads terrorists is obtained worldwide, national, or local recognition for their cause by attracting the attention of the media. I consider brutal mass extermination of Dinka people is not genocide apart from showing world media that Juba government is weak to provide security to it citizens.  Their aims are to harass, weaken, or embarrass government security forces so that the government overreacts and appears repressive so to obtain international community supports.
Likewise they target the civilian’s buses to destroy transports facilities or disrupt lines of communication in order to create doubt that the government cannot provide for and protect its citizens. And in fact the objectives of this, is to discourage foreign investments, tourism, or assistance programs that can affect the target country’s economy and support of the government in power as Juba government and its populations depend on East Africa goods then local production. In sum Juba-roads mass killing is not genocide against Dinka community then an act of terrorism. As I briefly concluded that Dinka people are target of Juba-roads because they are negatively perceived to own government of South Sudan then South Sudanese own it.  With due respect the government of South Sudan should declare Juba- roads mass killing as an act of terrorism and the group behind this uncivilized human destruction must be labelled as terrorists to be dealt with like any others world terrorists in human history.
